3. How do I know whether my artificial grass guarantee is real and honest, or just marketing?
In this sector, it is common to hear about 10- or 15-year guarantees, but the reality is that many of them are incomplete promises. It is essential to distinguish between two concepts that almost nobody explains: the product guarantee, provided by the manufacturer for colour loss or fibre breakage, and the installation guarantee, which must be provided by the installation company for issues such as joints opening or drainage failures.

By separating and detailing both responsibilities before we begin, we prevent blame from being passed around if a problem arises. 4. How long does artificial grass last, and how well does it really withstand the Malaga sun?
High-quality artificial grass, such as our Performance and Sensations ranges, has a lifespan of more than 12 to 15 years. But the key is not only time; it is composition. On the market, there are products made with low-quality polymers and very low yarn weight, or Dtex. This means the grass contains less raw material and is weaker. Under the solar radiation of the Costa del Sol, poor-quality fibres degrade and break prematurely.
